Who We Are
Brandon Alred CF-L2 | CF-Gymnastics
As a teacher for seven years Brandon's personal health and quality of life was greatly improved when he reluctantly began CrossFit almost 5 years ago. Since that first workout he has never looked back. He started training groups and individuals in February of 2014 and quickly discovered a passion for utilizing the skills he developed in the classroom to help others improve their lives through CrossFit. With hundreds of hours of coaching experience Brandon values education and continually strives to improve his athletes, and himself.
Gabby Alred CF-L1 | CPR Certified
With a Bachelor of Science in nursing Gabby has a passion for helping others prevent disease and achieve wellness through physical fitness. She has seen first hand the toll an unhealthy lifestyle can take on a person and their family and desires to help others find ways to fight sickness by pursuing fitness. In addition to five years of experience as a registered nurse she has over six years of photography experience. Gabby has a passion for capturing real life moments through her lens. Gabby has been involved in the CrossFit community for over 5 years and brings her experience and passion for people to the classes she photographs and coaches.
Will Taylor CF-L1
Will started CrossFit over five years ago as a way to improve his overall fitness and it quickly changed his life. He fell in love with the challenge and it changed him. It not only helped him physically, it also gave him a new level of self-confidence. This spills over into his coaching style. Crediting much of his overall health and fitness to the many great coaches in his past, he wants to turn and do the same for others. As a teacher he loves learning and sharing his knowledge so naturally as a coach Will continually works to build his training knowledge for the purpose of helping others better their health and fitness. And he is perfectly suited for this. As a bit of a perfectionist, he desires to cultivate perfect execution of movements in others. He is also detail oriented, and won’t hesitate to let his athletes know where they can improve. But he combines those high expectations with a very laid back attitude and presence. He firmly believes that CrossFit is meant to be a fun way to get in shape for anyone and everyone, and doesn’t think anyone should take things too seriously.
Kenny Castañeda CF-L1 | CPR Certified
Kenny began CrossFit 3 years ago. Already actively working out, Kenny fell in love with CrossFit because of its variance. With the variety Kenny found new opportunities for improving his overall health. CrossFit also provided some unexpected health benefits. A nagging knee injury from college dissipated as Kenny built strength through common CrossFit movements. He also found a new path for mental growth as the workouts challenged him to focus on ways he could get stronger mentally in addition to physically. Kenny loves people and began coaching to help them reach their health and fitness goals. He is also personally inspired by seeing those he coaches, struggle, succeed and progress. Kenny is a welcoming warm hearted coach who goes out of his way to make sure all of his athletes know they are a vital part of Rhokee.
Javier loves the gym and loves pushing to improve himself each and every day. A recent high school graduate Javier has become a vital member of the Rhokee community. He brings a smile and a great attitude into Rhokee everyday and helps encourage and push his fellow athletes. CrossFit has quickly improved Javier’s overall strength and conditioning but also taught him about long term health, recovery and nutrition. Javier is currently pursuing his college education and exploring majors in game design and health and nutrition.

CrossFit Rhokee focuses on helping individuals meet their personal fitness goals by improving there overall general physical preparedness. This means that our goal is to make you better at real life. We want to help you improve your health, energy, and strength so you can enjoy the things you love and tackle the things life throws your way. No matter who you are or where you're starting from, we can tailor our program for you. This means anyone can do what we do. Finally we desire to build a community of individuals who not only value their own wellbeing, but also their neighbors', building up the health of the community. We focus on people: our athletes, our neighbors, and our city. We strive to positively impact everyone we encounter.
